Our core principle is data minimization: we only collect the minimum amount of information required to process payments, secure your account, and deliver the Service. We do not sell your data, nor do we track your behavior across the web for advertising purposes.

A. Account Information
To create an account and manage your access limits, we collect:
- Email Address: Used strictly as your unique login identity and to communicate critical account or transactional alerts.
- Authentication Details: Enforced via secure protocols to safeguard dashboard access.
B. Payment Information
When you purchase a paid subscription tier (Starter or Pro), all payment data is processed directly by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
We do not collect or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe securely passes back a transaction token (such as a customer or subscription ID) so our database can verify your payment status and unlock your processing credits.
C. Uploaded Content (Documents)
We only process the documents and files you explicitly upload to the platform for the sole purpose of performing automated AI data extraction at your request.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect strictly to:
- Provision, maintain, and secure your GridExporter account dashboard.
- Process payments and prevent transaction fraud via Stripe.
- Enforce plan constraints, track credit limits, and process your data extraction queues.
- Comply with legal obligations (such as tax compliance bookkeeping for transaction histories).
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe: To securely manage payment transactions, checkout flows, and subscription billing.
- Supabase: To securely store account record infrastructure, database schemas, and manage user login credentials under industry-standard encryption protocols.
4. Data Security
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your account info. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials and any system API keys confidential.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or permanently delete the account information we hold. If you wish to delete your account and clear your profiles record entirely, you may trigger an account termination from your user settings or contact us directly.
